• Ensure a well-organized, safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degree in allied health with a focus on ASCP/AMT certification readiness.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification for the duration of employment.
