**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical (Nursing)**

**Job Description:**

- **Unit Focus:** - Oncology, Hematology, Nephrology, Endocrine, GI, Dermatology, General Medicine

- **Shift:** - 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - Block scheduling is not promised or guaranteed

- **Mandatory Requirements:** - Up-to-date resume with 2+ years of experience in MS/Oncology - Documented travel experience is essential - Skills checklist matching specialty (Med Surg / Oncology) - Driver's license with matching address - Current certifications: AHA BLS, NIHSS, Chemo Certification - NURSYS report for license verification with active NY license and all RN licenses - Include requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission

- **Experience with EMR:** - EPIC

- **Patient Demographics:** - Ages: 18 years and older

- **Number of Beds in the Unit:** - 56 beds

- **Common Diagnoses Treated:** - Cancer diagnoses - Hematology - End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) - Diabetes - Gastrointestinal (GI) issues - Abdominal pain - Dermatology - General medicine

- **Specialty Equipment Used:** - IV pumps - NG tubes - Chest tubes - Specialty beds (sand beds)

- **Additional Notes:** - Floating among units may be required - Dress code: Scrubs in Navy Blue
