Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Acute Care

Shift: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday, with weekend rotation as required.

Contract Length: 52 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours per week

Requirements:

• License as required for the position
• Relevant certifications as necessary
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care as directed in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care procedures.

Compliance / Notes:

• Compliance with drug screening and background checks is required.
• Adherence to dress code standards is mandatory.
• Orientation details will be provided upon hiring.
