Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive prospecting and lead generation
Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Develop customized insurance quotes and present tailored solutions
Utilize multiple sales channels, including phone, networking, and referrals
Establish connections with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, and other referral sources
Ask for referrals and explain our customer referral program
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
A coachable and resourceful individual with a genuine desire to learn
Strong ability to build rapport and create relationships from a cold start
Excellent multitasking, follow-through, and organizational skills
A self-starter who works well independently and thrives in a sales-driven environment
Previous sales experience (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)
