RN - Cardiac Catheterization & Interventional Radiology

This position requires a 4x10 hour shift from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

The RN specializing in Cardiac Catheterization and Interventional Radiology will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. This position is designed for experienced professionals who are looking to expand their expertise in a high-stakes environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Manage and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Administer blood products as needed and perform cardioversion/defibrillation.
• Implement cooling and warming blanket protocols as necessary.
• Obtain and interpret 12-lead EKGs.
• Manage procedural sedation and ensure patient safety throughout the process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Active compact RN license required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
• Experience in cardiac procedures, including stent placements, is highly desirable.
