Schedule: Mon-Thur 7a-5p, Fri 7a-12p Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour Clinical Scope Surgical Extraction Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment. Support Staff 4 DA, 1 RDH Requirements Active New York dental license Active DEA with all schedules CSR if required by the state Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred Employment Type: Full Time
