Overview
Cardiovascular Technologist – Cath Lab, Marysville, CA, starting 11/16/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,741–$2,854 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday with on-call duties approximately 6–7 days per month, including at least one weekend per month. Assignment conducted in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform Cardiac and Vascular radiographic examinations and assist with active interventional procedures in the cath lab; operate imaging equipment to produce digital images and guide physicians.
- Position and immobilize patients, prepare them for examinations, and perform specialized studies in accordance with protocols and safety standards.
- Enter technical factors (radiation dose, exposure, filming sequence) into the computer; adjust settings per protocol and manage cinefluorography as needed to assist catheter navigation.
- Monitor patient status during imaging, including vital signs and response to contrast, and provide clear explanations and discharge instructions after the procedure.
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and the radiology team; ensure adherence to aseptic technique and radiation safety protocols; document procedures and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
- Active California Radiologic Technologist (RT) license (required)
- ARRT certification (preferred)
- CRT credential (required)
- BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor (required)
- 1–2 years Cath Lab/interventional experience (required)
- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to work in a hospital environment with on-call requirements
