We're looking for a dedicated In-House Recruiter to help attract, hire, and retain talented team members across our restaurant locations. Position Summary As our In-House Recruiter, you'll lead the full-cycle recruitment process for both hourly and management positions across multiple restaurant locations. You'll partner with restaurant managers to meet staffing goals, build talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate has a positive hiring experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for restaurant positions, including servers, bartenders, hosts, cooks, dishwashers, shift leaders, assistant managers, and general managers. Partner with restaurant leadership to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting plans. Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and local hiring events. Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain an organized applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates. Support new restaurant openings by developing and executing high-volume hiring strategies. Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, applicant flow, and hiring success rates. Promote the company's employer brand through community partnerships, career fairs, and networking events. Ensure hiring practices comply with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service industry. Experience recruiting for high-volume, hourly positions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms. Ability to travel occasionally between restaurant locations, if needed. Passion for hospitality and building high-performing teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant operations. Knowledge of restaurant staffing trends and labor market conditions. Bilingual skills are a plus.
