Skills and Experience

• Able to safely lift and move heavy household items, including furniture, appliances, Pelotons, and other fitness equipment.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs independently and team lifting larger items weighing up to 400 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable carrying and maneuvering heavy products through stairs, hallways, doorways, and other tight residential spaces.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work hard.

• Moving, delivery, or furniture/appliance installation
• Warehouse or distribution center experience
• Construction or general labor
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, but not required
