Electronics Test Technician – 3rd ShiftOur client, a leading aerospace and defense electronics manufacturer, is seeking an Electronics Test Technician – 3rd Shift to join their team. As an Electronics Test Technician, you will be part of the Test Engineering Department supporting engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Electronics Test Technician – 3rd ShiftLocation: Clearwater, FLPay Range: $28.85/hrWhat's the Job?Perform hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and fault isolation of advanced electronic assembliesExecute development, integration, and acceptance testing including environmental, thermal, dynamic, and functional testsSet up, program, and operate test equipment following Acceptance Test ProceduresMaintain detailed test logs and provide accurate shift pass-down documentationSupport lab operations including cleanliness, safety, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiativesWhat's Needed?Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent military experience in electronicsMinimum of 4 years of experience in an electronics or testing environmentExperience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and function generatorsAbility to read schematics, follow detailed procedures, and troubleshoot technical issuesMust be a U.S. Citizen and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtimeWhat's in it for me?Competitive hourly pay at $28.85/hr with shift opportunityHands-on experience in cutting-edge aerospace and defense technologyOpportunity to work alongside skilled engineers and techniciansCareer growth and development in a highly technical fieldExposure to advanced testing environments and specialized equipment
