LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Nightshift Job Summary: At Clovernook Healthcare, LLC, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, we are committed to providing exceptional resident care and a supportive work environment. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our nightshift team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering safe and therapeutic resident care, collaborating with the physician, family, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the resident plan of care, including but not limited to medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants Monitor patient's condition and notify the physician of any changes Mandatory Qualifications: Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university A current, unencumbered, active OH LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license and current CPR certification At least one year of experience in Long Term Care Skills and Qualities: Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements that pertain to long-term care Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities Ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public Ability to organize and prioritize Benefits: Competitive wages and paid time off (PTO) plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr Clovernook-Healthcar
