Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along established routes to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and requires indoor/outdoor work. Training & Compensation: Comprehensive 10‑week training program with an hourly rate of $24.00 until assigned a route. After assignment, base salary plus commission. Majority of work occurs on a 4‑day week, with no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses, incentives, and potential for advancement. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow the customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements Active driver's license and DOT medical certification. At least 21 years of age. DOT compliance for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Documentation of previous employment. Preferred Qualifications Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork ability. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
