We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and innovate our HR functions, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while driving organizational success. In this pivotal role, you will shape HR strategy, oversee compliance, and cultivate a positive workplace culture that aligns with our organizational objectives.Onsite in Monroeville$90K-$100K9/80 schedule, every other Friday off!What You'll Need to Succeed:8+ years of HR management experience, ideally within federal contracting environmentsDeep knowledge of employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OFCCP, EEO, and I-9/E-VerifyProven expertise in compensation, benefits, and employee relationsStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skillsProficiency with ATS systems and HR analyticsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferredBonus Points for:Experience in manufacturing settingsHR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHRDemonstrated success in workforce planning and safety complianceIf you are ready to elevate your HR career and help shape a compliant, dynamic workforce, we want to hear from you!
