In this position... What you’ll do Work in a fast‑paced environment with business, technology, and designers to build new capabilities, platforms, features and improve existing capabilities. Work on customizing, developing, and supporting solutions on the force.com platform. Drive Salesforce enhancements and improvements. Build integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems to automate business processes. Develop Apex (classes and triggers) and JavaScript, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Omni Script and Flex Cards to extend Salesforce. Verify solutions by writing and executing automated test classes. Collaborate, mentor and guide other engineers within the team. Have well‑developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively. Document and analyze processes, procedures, and ensure code is properly documented. Create and maintain a code repository to ensure a seamless deployment process for all team members. Stay current on the latest trends and Salesforce releases. Be self‑directed, able to solve business problems from inception to implementation, and able to solve them without explicit direction. Provide leadership in the overall Salesforce architecture, application design, and system development. Architect secure, scalable solutions on Salesforce that meet business requirements. Create and deliver CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Visualforce, and related technologies. Oversee programming development and testing of interfaces according to specifications. Mentor team members on best practices and new technology needs. You’ll have Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Electronics or a related field. 5 years of experience in programming and configuring with Force.com Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, Omni Script, Flex Cards, JavaScript (ES6), ReactJS or similar platforms. 5 plus years of software development experience. Extensive experience in designing and developing large scale technology solutions with substantial insights into Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities. Extensive understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns. Salesforce Administrator certification. Excellent understanding of Salesforce's SOQL and SOSL, Security model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter and Force.com product offerings. Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI and understanding of various user‑based security models. Experience with database concepts and data modeling design. Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture. Able to identify platform risks, issues and dependencies and communicate strategic risk to business executives and drive mitigation across the business. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including, but not limited to Data migration, Testing, Pre‑build, Integration, and adapt to changing project needs. Even better, you may have Salesforce Service, Sales, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder certifications are a plus. Experience in automated testing (unit testing and functional testing) and strong knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST). Exposure to AWS, Azure and SQL is a plus. Experience with system migrations. Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles and tools like Copado. Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes. Strong time management skills and communication/leadership skills. This position is a range of salary grades 5‑8 and ranges from $68,300 to $192,900. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
