A thriving, independent regional health system just outside Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing outpatient primary care team. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, loan forgiveness, and up to $150,000 in recruitment incentives, plus the chance to build your ideal practice with full clinical autonomy in a tight-knit, family-oriented community. \n

\nCollaborative environment with strong local and specialty support. Flexible scheduling (M - F, no weekends). Build your own patient panel in a high-demand area.
