Role Overview : As an RN with Dialysis you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You'll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while effectively communicating with the healthcare team. This role supports patients, families, and the broader healthcare team, ensuring clinical competence and adherence to regulatory standards.

What You Will Do :

• Provide leadership in coordinating and delivering quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and maintain current knowledge in your area of specialty.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and medical group personnel.

What You Will Need :

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing.
• Experience in the specialty area.
