Neuropsychometrics Coordinator

Lead Excellence in Neuropsychological Assessment

Are you an experienced psychometrist ready to expand your impact beyond testing? Join our team as a Neuropsychometrics Coordinator , where you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the quality, consistency, and future of neuropsychological services across our division.

In this unique opportunity, you'll combine clinical expertise with mentorship and operational leadership. Working alongside a team of eight clinical neuropsychologists , you'll help establish best practices, train and develop psychometry staff, and ensure exceptional patient care through high-quality neuropsychological assessment services.

What You'll Do

Lead Training & Professional Development

• Develop and deliver training programs for junior and senior psychometrists, externs, interns, and fellows
• Ensure team members are confident in neuropsychological test administration, scoring, and best practices

Drive Quality & Clinical Excellence

• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for neuropsychological testing and scoring
• Monitor consistency and accuracy across assessment procedures
• Implement processes that support excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes

Mentor & Supervise Staff

• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to designated team members
• Support skill development and career growth
• Promote a collaborative, patient-centered team culture

Coordinate Clinical Operations

• Maintain testing materials, equipment, and inventory
• Help ensure efficient workflows that support timely evaluations and patient care
• Collaborate with providers and staff to optimize assessment services

Provide Direct Patient Care

• Administer and score comprehensive neuropsychological testing batteries
• Conduct patient interviews and gather relevant clinical information
• Prepare detailed reports that contribute to diagnostic clarity and treatment planning
• Maintain the highest standards of clinical accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications

**REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS

:**

**Education**

• Master's Degree in Psychology from an accredited university
• Minimum 500-hour clinical practicum supervised by a licensed psychologist
• Demonstrated continuing education in Neuropsychology

**Experience**

• Three (3) years of supervised experience in neuropsychological test administration
• Proficiency in administering and scoring neuropsychological test protocols

**Skills & Competencies**

• Strong analytical ability to administer and score psychological and neuropsychological assessments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Familiarity with statistical software and research protocols
• Completion of a statistics course

**Certifications & Licensures**

• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board as either a Limited Licensed Psychologist (Master's or PhD) or Licensed Psychologist

**PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience training other professionals in neuropsychometrics and test administration
• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical or supervisory settings
