Cafe Sales Associate

The Café Sales Associate is responsible for proper food preparation, following kitchen safety techniques and health standards. The Café Sales Associate prepares food, stocks deli coolers, keeps areas clean, neat and stocked and provides excellent customer service. Shifts may change with store needs. Flexibility is preferred. This role prepares food, stocks deli coolers, maintains clean and organized work areas, and delivers excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Ensure deli coolers are stocked with fresh produce and ingredients Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting food service environment Deliver high-quality food promptly while providing excellent customer service Follow cooking methods and standards provided by the Deli Manager Adhere to schedules, stocking procedures, and operational practices Meet performance goals and complete assigned duties efficiently Requirements: Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment Basic knowledge of food safety standards Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to respond to emergency situations as needed Ability to stand for extended periods of time Humble.
