The Client Support Technician role is an office based position at our headquarters based in Overland Park, Kansas. Qualifications This Role is responsible for: Taking inbound phone calls, emails, and live chat in support of the current client base. Product design and configuration. Product creation and innovation. Database clean-up and maintenance. Happy, personable voice and demeanor with clients. Patience and clear teaching ability of technology to all skill levels. Managing and organizing daily activity in order to achieve weekly goals Qualifications: Ability to professionally engage a current client, uncover their pain points, problem solve, and effectively assist clients with their needs.
