St. Paul Counseling Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapists to join our growing outpatient practice in Savannah, Georgia. In this full-time remote position, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality mental health care to diverse individuals seeking support for various mental health issues.

Work Environment\nThis position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and balance in your professional and personal life while maintaining an outpatient focus. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Our typical work schedule spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate client needs.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to educate patients and foster a sense of community among them. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services to patients in need of immediate support and conduct safety assessments as necessary. \n
- Educate clients about their mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and available resources to promote self-advocacy. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and best practices. \n
- Stay current with the latest developments in mental health treatment and contribute to the practice's ongoing training and development initiatives. \n
Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures, helping them navigate their unique experiences and mental health journeys. Providing empathetic care and establishing trusting relationships with patients is essential to our therapeutic approach.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia. \n
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques. \n
- Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and creating tailored treatment plans for diverse populations. \n
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with clients effectively. \n
- Strong ethical standards and sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries. \n
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth technologies. \n
- A collaborative mindset to work alongside an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals. \n

- Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly in remote settings. \n
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and experience working with underrepresented populations. \n
- Continued engagement in professional development, including workshops or additional certifications in specialized therapies. \n
