Make a Difference in a Child's Life – Behavior Technician – Bedford, IA We are seeking a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. The role includes direct therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families and our clinical team. Implement skill‑building and care plans as part of a clinical team. Accurately record session data on electronic devices. Create a positive learning environment and engage with families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. RBT certification required before starting work. Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Experience & Training Experience in education or early childhood development, teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles. Experience in after‑school programs or camp counseling. Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services. Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism. Experience supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one. Other Information Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations. All positions are part‑time and require a 6‑month commitment. Paid training is provided for candidates without RBT certification. Same Day Pay!
