About Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Since 1966, Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken has been serving up fresh, never frozen chicken that's honey-dipped, hand-breaded, and pressure-cooked to perfection. We're a proud franchise committed to serving our community with crave-worthy meals and unmatched hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Assist the General Manager in daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality food and service.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Scheduling: Create weekly schedules for staff, ensuring all shifts are covered within budgeted hours.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years previous experience in the food and beverage industry in a leadership role in a high volume restaurant.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
