Field Service Representative

Job Title

Safe delivery of food items and supplies to customer homes/sites in a timely and accurate manner

Vehicle upkeep and cleanliness

Maintain food safety and handling procedures with compliance to temperature requirements

Report any deficiencies or problems to supervisor promptly

Maintain driver scorecard and other required recordkeeping

Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain service records

Check vehicle fluid levels and perform general routine inspection of vehicle to ensure all is in working order

Assist with packing and/or storing of food items, components and/or supplies as required

Regular attendance required to meet employer's attendance policy to ensure customer deliveries can be accomplished as scheduled

Other duties as assigned by management

Experience

Valid Driver License (No DUI in last 5 yrs., 0-4 Current Pts.)

Good Communication and Customer Service Skills

General Office Equipment and Computer Experience

GPS and Tablet Technologies

Min. 3 years prior route delivery/distribution exp. preferred

ServSafe Food Handler Certification

Physical Demands

Under 1/3 Standing time

Walk, Climb or balance

Stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl

Taste or smell

1/3 to 2/3 Use hands to finger/handle/feel, Reach with hands and arms

Over 2/3: Sit, See, Talk or hear

Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs

Work Environment

Work is performed outdoors and inside a vehicle

Regular exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow

This position follows a standard weekly schedule, however, weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Employment for this position is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
