ITS Field Service Technician - Field Based (UK)

ITS Field Service Technician Location: Field Based - North Package: Competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus plus additional company benefits Responsibilities Provide a professional, efficient maintenance and break‑fix repair service across a broad range of EPOS equipment (servers, tills, printers, PEDs, scanners, switches, routers, APs) and IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, network devices), including backups, re‑imaging and IMACs. Deliver technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring satisfaction in line with agreed service level agreements. Identify potential business and professional service opportunities to maximize revenue while performing day‑to‑day duties. Manage and control vehicle/site stock to improve first‑time‑fix levels for customers. Handle used stock returns to maintain maximum throughput into the repair cycle. Effectively repair customer equipment to maintain the highest levels of first‑time fix. Maintain customer centricity and high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineering. Strong product knowledge across retail and IT hardware, images, and OS. Proven fault‑finding technique. IT literate. Excellent interpersonal and customer handling skills. Excellent knowledge of company service procedures. Good organisational skills, with ability to multitask and meet service priorities. Ability to work independently in pressured situations to deliver high‑level customer satisfaction. Good understanding of stock control.
