work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist agents and their staff with questions regarding life insurance products, policy-servicing systems, and billing information
• Provide assistance to our customers through inbound/outbound calls
• Keep policies current by collecting and applying premium payments
• Keep policy information up to date by processing basic requests such as name, address and beneficiary changes
• Learn customer service techniques, phone and email etiquette, life insurance products and more

• Customer Service (1 year of experience is required)
• Telephone Etiquette (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Typing Skills (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Basic Software Skills (1 year of experience is required)
• Basic Computer Skills (1 year of experience is required)
• Active Listening (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Customer support (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Data Entry (1 year of experience is preferred)
