Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $2764.50 - $2992.50

This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 2-3 month, full time, call only
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures:Permanent Pacemaker implants, Pacemaker Lead extractions, Leadless Pacemaker implants, Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator (ICD) implants, Ablations: Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT), Ventricular tachycardia (VT), Cryoablation
• Credentialing timeframe:45-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):EPIC
• Certifications required: Must be Board Certified
• Licensure required:Must have an active Indiana license to be considered, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)(or one that is easily transferable) and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
