Heavy Mobile Equipment Mechanic

Duties

Perform repair work on heavy duty mobile equipment and/or vehicles.

Disassemble engines to determine the extent of repair.

Utilize testing equipment to ensure units are operating properly.

Interpret instructions to complete a repair task.

Drive heavy-duty mobile equipment to complete trade tasks.

Use testing equipment to find hard-to-locate problems.
