Dental Hygienist - Pearl Smiles Dental

As a dental hygienist, you play a vital role in the success of any dental practice and at Pearl Smiles Dental, we truly recognize and value the expertise you bring. Our goal is to provide a supportive, positive environment where hygienists feel respected, supported, and set up for success.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and patient assessments.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care.
Collaborate with the dental team on personalized treatment plans.

Requirements:

Valid Maryland Dental Hygienist license.
1+ year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply if supported).
Experience with Open Dental or similar software.
