In the role of Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing exceptional, patient-focused care that aligns with departmental requirements and the standards of practice for your specialty and state. Working closely with medical professionals and the care team, you will deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing frameworks such as ‘Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.’ You will also serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying our organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and favorable clinical outcomes.

• Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status.
• Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care in the patient's medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor patients for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions.
• Deliver exceptional care by responding swiftly to patient requests, proactively anticipating their needs, and addressing them effectively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terminology.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification must be obtained within 90 days of starting employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
