Dietary Aide | Olympic View Post Acute | $18-$20/hour Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping others? Olympic View Post Acute is looking for a Dietary Aide to join our team and play a key role in making sure our residents receive safe, satisfying meals every day. What You'll Do Set up meal trays with the correct dishes, utensils, and assistive feeding devices per each resident's tray card Prepare hot and cold foods and beverages following recipes and posted menus — including regular, modified, and therapeutic diets Carefully check tray cards for allergies, preferences, and specific instructions before every meal Ensure correct portions, textures, condiments, and any special requests are included Double-check trays against tray cards before delivery to guarantee accuracy Assist with social dining and meal service as needed Prepare nourishments and keep food prep areas, utensils, and dishes clean Follow facility cleaning schedules, infection control, and safety procedures Respond appropriately in emergencies and communicate courteously with residents, staff, and visitors Attend required in-services and staff meetings Why Work Here A team-oriented environment where your work directly impacts residents' daily quality of life Hands-on training and opportunities to grow within our dietary department A stable, meaningful role in healthcare — no prior experience required to start What You'll Need Ability to read, speak, and understand English, and follow directions Dependability and a neat, well-groomed appearance Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform continuous bending, squatting, and reaching Ability to pass an annual TB screening and physical exam Comfort working in a skilled nursing environment Olympic View Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Olympic-View-Post-Acute
