About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist at Marcotte Medical Group, you will play a critical role in improving patients' physical health and quality of life through personalized therapeutic interventions. Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure to practice physical therapy in the location of employment.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercise principles.
• Experience with patient assessment and development of individualized treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Certification in specialized therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work with diverse patient populations across all age groups.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and participate in ongoing professional development.
