About the Role:

As an LPN at Allaire Rehab & Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and status

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey

• One year of experience as an LPN, preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
