Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in Roswell, New Mexico. This role involves providing bedside care in a hybrid ICU and Stepdown unit, with floating to medical-surgical departments as needed. The position requires adaptability to different patient care environments and adherence to facility protocols.

Job Details:

• Location: 405 W Country Club Rd, Roswell, NM 88201, United States
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Schedule: 36 hours per week minimum
• Required Qualifications: Valid healthcare professional license; BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications; 2+ years of ICU experience; experience with Cerner electronic medical record system; floating to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical departments required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced ICU and Stepdown environment; proficiency in patient care for adult populations.
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Stepdown and Medical-Surgical departments; floating to Stepdown and MS depts required.
• Additional Information: Call required; rarely needed. At least one Winter holiday must be worked. 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested and must be included in the body of the submittal. Blocked scheduling and end-of-week (EOW) requests can be accommodated if specified. The position is vacant due to a previous vacancy.
