Exciting Opportunity for a Psychiatry ARNP

Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Psychiatry Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP). We welcome both seasoned professionals and new graduates to apply!

Opportunity Highlights

• Become part of a dynamic team consisting of 4 physicians and 3 ARNPs.
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care.
• Practice located at a regional referral teaching hospital with 342 beds.
• Facility is a Level III Trauma Center featuring a 24/7 emergency department and hospitalist services.
• On-call duties are anticipated at 8 days per month, offering additional compensation.

Compensation Package

• Attractive guaranteed base salary starting at $107,000, plus a $25,000 bonus!
• Comprehensive benefits package, which includes malpractice insurance, continuing medical education (CME) support, relocation assistance, paid time off (PTO), health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, health savings account (HSA), disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution from the employer.

• A regional health system serving 14 counties, including a teaching hospital and multiple critical access hospitals and clinics in northern Iowa.
• Offers residency programs in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, as well as fellowships in Cardiology and Pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified as an ARNP and eligible for an Iowa medical license, DEA, and CSA, along with medical staff privileges.
• PMHNP certification is mandatory.
