Clinical Trainer & Auditor
Seeking a Clinical Trainer & Auditor to develop and deliver clinical training programs while performing audits to ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, and AHCCCS requirements. The role will support health plan clinical operations through staff education, case/documentation reviews, audit tool development, compliance monitoring, and performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 3+ years of clinical care experience
- 2+ years of managed care experience
- Prior healthcare audit experience
- Experience with NCQA, CMS Program Audits, and/or AHCCCS reviews
- Active RN license or qualifying Arizona behavioral health license
- Strong training, communication, and presentation skills
