Staff Pharmacist
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
Role: Full-time Staff Pharmacist responsible for providing safe and accurate medication dispensing and clinical services in a high-volume retail environment. Key Responsibilities Verify prescriptions and conduct drug utilization reviews to ensure safety and efficacy. Counsel patients on medication therapies and administer immunizations. Support medication therapy management initiatives. Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and store leadership to maintain regulatory compliance and manage inventory. Contribute to quality metrics and uphold safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Current pharmacist license. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication therapies, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
