This is more than a dashboard development position. You'll serve as a trusted partner who can understand the problem, recommend the right solution, and bring ideas to life from concept through implementation.This is a **hybrid position requiring onsite attendance one day per week**, with occasional additional onsite collaboration for planning sessions, workshops, or team events.What You'll Be DoingBusiness Partnership & Solution Design* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business challenges, goals, and operational pain points.* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.* Recommend the most effective reporting, analytics, automation, or application-based approach for each use case.* Present ideas, recommendations, and completed solutions to business and technical audiences.Power BI Development & Analytics* Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.* Develop scalable data models and optimize report performance.* Transform and integrate data using Power Query and other data preparation techniques.* Create meaningful visualizations and KPIs that support business decision-making.Power Platform Development* Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate.* Build and enhance business applications using Power Apps.* Leverage the broader Microsoft Power Platform to improve efficiency, visibility, and user experience.* Integrate data from enterprise systems, spreadsheets, and other business applications.Project Delivery & Communication* Manage multiple priorities and deliverables across diverse stakeholder groups.* Provide clear status updates and communicate potential risks or obstacles proactively.* Document requirements, solutions, and project progress throughout the development lifecycle.* Explain complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner.What We're Looking ForRequired Experience* 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Power BI.* Proven experience building Power BI dashboards and reports from the ground up.* Strong knowledge of: + Power Query + Data modeling + Data integration + Report performance optimization* Hands-on experience with Power Automate.* Experience with Power Apps and/or other Microsoft Power Platform technologies.* Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.* Ability to translate business problems into practical technical solutions.* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.Preferred Experience* Business process improvement or process mapping experience.* Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools.* Clarity PPM or portfolio management platform experience.* ERP transformation or systems integration initiatives.* Oracle-related experience.* API development or integration experience.* Experience replacing manual or spreadsheet-driven processes with automated solutions.What Makes You SuccessfulYou will thrive in this role if you:* Enjoy solving business problems, not just building reports.* Are comfortable interacting directly with executives, business leaders, and end users.* Take ownership of projects from requirements through delivery.* Communicate proactively and follow through on commitments.* Can balance multiple projects without losing sight of priorities.* Translate technical concepts into language that business audiences understand.* Build strong relationships through responsiveness, collaboration, and customer-focused service.Why Join Us?This is an opportunity to have a visible impact across the organization by helping teams work smarter through better data, reporting, and automation.
