Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Valid license to be a PT
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1630
• Shift days: Monday through Friday
• Schedule details: 40 hours per week
• On-call/weekend requirement: None
• Coverage area includes locations within fifty miles east, west, and south, and north to the Kansas border
• Mileage reimbursed between visits from first patient to last patient
