Season Overview 2026-2027 Winter Season Wrestling tryouts - begin November 1, 2026 Practice begins - November 1, 2026 Season - November through Mid-February Position Details Position: Assistant Coach Reports to: Head Coach Status: Part-time Responsibilities Assist the Head Coach in instructing athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success in a biblical manner. At the same time, the student shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of spiritual and positive values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence. Coaching Behaviors Lead by example Building Relationships Prioritizing Character over Performance Emphasizing Respect and Sportsmanship Qualifications They should have a calling to this ministry to help shape athletes who can be ambassadors for Christ in the athletic community and beyond. #J-18808-Ljbffr Wake Christian Academy
