At HuHot Mongolian Grill, our unique interactive dining experience keeps table turnover high, guests happy, and tip potential maxed out. Pay: Average $20.00 - $30.00 / hour, base plus Tips!

Shifts Available: Nights, 5pm - 10:30pm. Must be able to work weekends.

What You'll Do:

• Own Your Section: Deliver fast, attentive, and genuine hospitality to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
• Guide the Experience: Walk guests through our interactive food line, recommend signature sauces, and pair meal options.
• Drive Fast Table Turnover: Keep drinks full, tables pre-bussed, and payments processed quickly to maximize guest satisfaction and tip volume.
• Be a Team Player: Partner with fellow servers and grill operators to keep the floor running seamlessly during peak hours.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience : Previous serving or restaurant hospitality experience preferred (if you can handle a busy rush, you'll excel here!).
• Mindset: Outgoing, reliable, positive, and passionate about giving great customer service.
• Skills: Strong communication, cash-handling precision, and the stamina to stay active on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
