Our Mission for This Role

Keep assigned molding machines, robots, and assemblies running safely, efficiently, and within specification—every shift.

What You’ll Tackle

• Run several presses/cells concurrently and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify product dimensions meet requirements.
• Diagnose routine issues and make approved adjustments to stabilize processes.
• Capture accurate production counts and quality records with complete documentation.
• Follow Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures in all tasks.

Where & When You’ll Work

• On-site at Whitewater, WI
• 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM – 11 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:55 PM – 7 AM

Compensation is competitive and will be discussed during screening and interview.

Classification

Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)

Your Background

• High School Diploma preferred
• About 3+ years of machine operation experience
• Comfort reading work instructions and following verbal guidance
• Mechanical aptitude, solid basic math, and strong multitasking
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills

Physical Realities of the Job

• Lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs on a recurring basis
• Extended standing with frequent bending and stooping
• Fine motor skills to handle small components
