The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise leadership, with a proven track record in fundraising, talent management, and a results-oriented approach. They should be strategic and operational experts, with the ability to balance long-range vision with the day-to-day management required to lead a complex national nonprofit. The role demands a leader with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who can inspire and engage a wide range of stakeholders, and who is adept at using data and evidence to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
