Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

CVOR experience in cardiac and vascular surgery

At least 2 years of exclusive CVOR

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Scrub and circulate 5 years

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Vascular: Open and Endovascular

Complex Cardiac: Type A dissection, Thoracoabdominal approach cases, sternotomy, CABG/AVR/MVR, VSD repair, Impella/ECMO insertion, Ascending/Descending Aorta repair, Thoracic Robotic cases, TAVRs

Best personality fit: Works well under pressure in a very fast paced environment/emergencies. Complementing our department by being a team player

Required certifications: BLS, ACLS

Floating Area(s): Main OR, CathLab, IR

Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire Black scrubs are provided by CVOR
