LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our faith-based clinic serving underserved communities. The LPN supports providers with assessments, vitals, immunizations, wound care, medication administration, and patient education, ensuring safe, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed care. This role collaborates closely with an interdisciplinary team across primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services, coordinates referrals, maintains accurate documentation in the EHR, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
