Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Step into a highly visible FP&A leadership role supporting a large, publicly traded organization with a long-standing track record and complex, multi-segment operations. As the Senior Manager, FP&A – IT , you’ll serve as the primary finance partner to technology leadership—driving budget and forecast ownership, investment analysis, and executive-ready reporting that helps guide decisions on staffing, capital spend, licenses, and broader IT strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical, business-facing finance leader who can challenge assumptions constructively and translate data into action. Required Skills Strong FP&A capability across budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end review Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through insightful analysis and storytelling Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort building dashboards/KPIs using financial + operational drivers Experience evaluating technology spend (run-rate, capital, projects) with an ROI / value-creation mindset Strong understanding of accruals, capitalization/asset management concepts, and GAAP-aligned financial practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial results into clear recommendations Nice to Have Skills Procure-to-Pay application experience Experience supporting technology, insurance, or financial services environments Exposure to large, multi-business-unit organizations and executive-facing reporting cadences Experience building forward-looking driver models and non-financial operational metrics tied to spend/performance Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a technology-adjacent field 5+ years of corporate FP&A / strategic planning / budgeting experience MBA preferred Prior experience in a public company Bring your FP&A expertise and IT business-partner mindset, and help shape smarter investment decisions—. #J-18808-Ljbffr
