Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:
Provides specialized nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, supporting adult and geriatric patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. Ensures patient safety and comfort while collaborating with the medical team to deliver high-quality interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor patient care throughout diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the procedure environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are fully functional and ready.
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data, interpreting results and responding promptly to changes.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, providing updates and communicating patient status before, during, and after procedures.
• Support quality improvement initiatives by participating in performance and process optimization activities.
• Document patient assessments and clinical interventions accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nursing (RN) license in the respective state.
• Possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree preferred.
• Maintain current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications.
• Have at least one year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab or Critical Care setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing hemodynamic data and cardiovascular procedures.
