Job Overview: Outside Sales Representative:

On Site Personnel is seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our staffing business by developing new client relationships and increasing brand awareness throughout the local market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, visiting businesses, and building connections in the field.

Responsibilities: Outside Sales Representative:

• Conduct outside sales and marketing visits to warehouses, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and offices
• Drop off company brochures, flyers, and marketing materials to prospective clients using a company-provided driver
• Introduce On Site Personnel’s staffing services to businesses and decision-makers
• Generate and follow up on new sales leads
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Schedule client meetings, tours, and presentations for management
• Maintain records of daily visits, leads, and customer interactions
• Assist with email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and marketing campaigns
• Research target companies and identify new business opportunities
• Provide daily activity and lead reports to management
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Qualifications: Outside Sales Representative:

• Previous sales, marketing, customer service, or staffing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Organized with basic computer and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and in the field throughout the day
• Bilingual is a plus

Schedule: Outside Sales Representative:

• Monday – Friday
• Full-Time Position
• Schedule may vary based on business and client needs
