Job Title: Grease Recovery Operator- 2nd shift 1pm-9:30pm

Location: Green Bay

Reporting to: Environmental Supervisor

Essential Job Functions:

Operate and monitor two pre-treatment DAF systems to collect #2 grease from plant wastewater
Monitor and operate melt tank and centrifuge equipment
Safely fill and load semi-tankers with #2 grease, including climbing on top of tankers when required
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Assist with wastewater processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

Prior experience in industrial, mechanical, or wastewater operations preferred but not required
Ability to work in hot environments and perform physically demanding tasks (climbing, lifting, etc.)
Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn and complete wastewater certifications

Skills/Abilities Required:

Strong work ethic and dependability
Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
Willingness to learn wastewater operations and grow within the role
Flexibility to work 3rd shift schedule and overtime as needed
Strong teamwork and communication skills
