Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Description : Duties Provide exceptional patient care in the Operating Room with a focus on orthopedic procedures, while also supporting general surgeries as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care and patient outcomes. Participate in on-call rotations and be prepared to float within scope to meet facility needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic charting system. Skills Strong orthopedic skills, with a preference for experience in scrub orthopedic surgeries and spinal fusion. Proficiency in general surgery, neuro/spine, robotics, and urology. Competent in using electrosurgical units and fiber optic light sources/cords. BLS certification is required. Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Operating Room with strong OR experience. Experience in a community hospital setting is required. Travel experience is necessary for this role. Familiarity with working in a teaching hospital and Level 3 trauma center is beneficial Location : Minnesota Pay Rate : $2,900–$3,100 Per week Shift : Day , Mid day
