• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits to support their overall health and wellness journey.
• Actively promote personal training services and drive sales by prospecting, networking, and following up with leads to expand your client base.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress towards goals using our fitness management software.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and best practices in fitness training and sales techniques to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Exemplify professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Responsible for maintaining all spaces and striving to keep them looking new. 

Qualifications:

• Certified Personal Trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA) and current CPR/AED certification.
• Proven track record of success in personal training, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong sales skills and experience in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales, with a passion for promoting the benefits of personal training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals.
• Professionalism and reliability, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
